Introduction

                                       Clean and Green

             Environmental Sustainability helps prevent global warming and climate change. One example of environmental sustainability is simply through cleaning.Cleanliness in the environment contributes a lot in maintaining a clean and green surrounding.  Cleaning is a simple but helpful way of improving a healthy environment.

              On the 2Oth day of March, we had a CLEAN-UP DRIVE at Barangay Fatima, Uhaw, General Santos City. It was done for the benefit of Solid Waste Management Program. The purpose of this program is to ensure solid waste is managed in such a way that protects both public health and the environment. Through our teamwork and efforts of our group, we somehow help Barangay Fatima in this program.

               As a youth, we are obliged to take care of the things that God gave us. Our little ways help a lot in improving a healthy environment . There is a saying that goes “ Big things comes from small ones.” We must start in ourselves  and encourage others to achieve change. We won’t have a society if we destroy the environment so to prevent destroying it , we must take actions to help it.
